Senior Executive, Community Care Talent and Leadership

Job Description

  • Support the appointed training vendor in delivering senior management leadership programmes, which include administration support via the Community Care Learning Management System, as well as collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for dialogue and panel discussions
  • Assist in planning and organising topical sharing sessions for the Community Care sector
  • Collaborate with Community Care Organisations in developing potential talents as part of Talent Development and Management for the sector
  • Review, streamline and process the administrative tasks related to leadership and talent management programmes. This includes the programme After Action Review (AAR), course registrations, talent progress update, claims processing via SSG’s Training Grants System and OurSG Grants Portal, etc
  • Participate in programme budget planning, monitoring and utilisation, and contribute to committees/special projects as required

 

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with 2 to 5 years of working experience
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and an aptitude in problem solving
  • Proactive, self-motivated, versatile, and meticulous with strong follow-up skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
