Senior Executive, SIlver Guardian Volunteer Mgt

 

Responsibilities
•    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract volunteers, with particular focus on senior volunteers.
•    Support and coordinate training courses and placement of volunteers at partner sites.
•    Develop volunteer recognition strategies, plan and support volunteer appreciation and recognition activities.
•    Identify, engage and cultivate relationships with potential partners to develop partnerships for new recruitment pipelines.
•    Maintain a database of partners and volunteers and track their engagement and performance.
•    Collect, manage and analyse feedback from volunteers and partners to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programme and make recommendations for programme improvement.
•    Prepare regular reports on volunteer recruitment for reporting and presentation to relevant stakeholders.
•    Support planning and execution of volunteers’ recognition/appreciation initiatives
•    Provide general administrative support such as handling general enquiries, processing potential recruitment leads, maintaining volunteer recruitment records and conducting volunteer onboarding sessions.
•    Coordinate with AIC’s divisions on volunteer-related communication, marketing, and branding to enhance awareness and drive recruitment.

Requirements
•    Degree in any discipline 
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in volunteer and partner management.
•    Experience in recruiting and managing volunteers, especially in the social/community care sector preferred
•    Leverage a strong network of contacts to enhance recruitment efforts and programme visibility.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Knowledge and experience in data collection, analysis and reporting.
•    Strong organisational and time management abilities.
•    Proficiency in using volunteer management software and databases.
•    Meticulous, resourceful and creative.  
•    Possess an open and collaborative mindset, with an adaptable and “can do” attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    This position may require occasional evening and weekend work to accommodate volunteer schedules for information sharing and to attend community/recruitment events.
