Senior Executive, Sector Grants Operations

You will be part of the Sector Grants team to support in the management of grant operations and disbursements to the eldercare sector. In this role, you will have opportunities to adopt tech-driven tools for better efficiency and governance within AIC.

 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement/ automation and develop practical digital solutions.
  • Support digitalisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and grant processing workflows.
  • Prepare user documentations to facilitate knowledge management and adoption of digital tools.
  • Review reports on processing metrics and performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
  • Generate dashboards/ intuitive visualisations to support management reporting, decision-making and targeted interventions.
  • Evaluate grant claims against established criteria and guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements, as well as support both internal and external audits
  • Manage queries and escalations from stakeholders effectively, as well as provide guidance and assistance to the outsourced claim vendors.
  • Engage with Funder or other Business Divisions within AIC to address and resolve matters pertaining to grant claims processing.

  

This role is on 2 years contract, subject to programme renewal.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in finance/accountancy or relevant business management with 1 years of relevant experiences in operational functions.
  • Knowledge and experience in driving operational efficiency through digital tools (e.g. RPA/ VBA/ AI) preferred.
  • Ability to think and work proactively to address operational issues/ challenges and propose suitable solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to engage cross-functional teams and vendors effectively.
