Senior Executive, Subsidies Schemes

This role supports the operation of the subsidies schemes on online marketplace, and improvement of processes by collaborating with providers and IT teams to enhance offerings for seniors, patients, and caregivers.

 

  • Undertake operational tasks (e.g. manage and onboard care services and/or products providers onto online marketplace) on subsidies schemes that enable seniors, patients and/or caregivers to acquire subsidised products and/or services. 
  • Support the formulation and implementation of operational process improvement initiatives (e.g. onboarding process of providers) with guidance from team lead. 
  • Assist to gather feedback and data to enable formulation of scheme and process improvement initiatives and work with IT team on IT enhancements on online marketplace to implement initiatives.
  • Assist team lead to implement change management on improvement initiatives (e.g. communicate streamlined processes and develop or update briefing content).
  • Use IT tools and data to conduct analysis and generate insights (e.g. claims and subsidies utilisation) to support team lead in planning and management reporting.
  • Support team lead on conversations with care services an/or products providers to examine ways to better the provision of subsidised care products and/or services in the community.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 to 3 years of experiences in healthcare, applicants without healthcare experiences but possesses relevant skills sets may be considered for the role. 
  • Applicants without healthcare experiences should demonstrate how his/her internships, degree courses and/or skillsets would be relevant to this job role.
  • Applicants with good knowledge in project management and/or process improvement approaches will have added advantage. 
  • Strong abilities in use of spreadsheets or other IT tools to perform data analysis.
  • Able to work independently and as a team to collaborate with various stakeholders, internally and externally, with motivation to learn, grow and progress as a team.
  • Able to multi-task and work in an evolving work environment. 
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication, resourceful with analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities to recommend solutions or alternatives to resolve problems.

 

This is a 2 years contract position (renewal, subject to programme funding).
