Senior / Executive (Personal Assistant)
This role provides comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chief, ensuring efficient management of daily operations and confidential matters.
- Oversee the Chief’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Manage confidential company information and prepare presentation materials.
- Serve as the main liaison between the Senior Leader and internal / external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications between the Chief and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and efficiency of message.
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports as required.
- Arrange all meeting logistics, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
- Consolidate and distribute materials to relevant parties within set timelines.
- Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems for document accessibility.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a least 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
- Meticulous in work with a strong command of English with good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Has good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Team player and a self-starter with the resilience to thrive in a highly dynamic organization
- Strong proficiency in in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Positive, proactive and able to always exercise good judgment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
