Senior Executive - Subsidies Operations
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process and undertake operational tasks (e.g. claim submissions from care services and/or products providers) on healthcare subsidies schemes that enable seniors, patients and/or caregivers to acquire subsidised products and/or services.
- Support the formulation and implementation of operational process improvement initiatives (e.g. claims process) with guidance from team lead.
- Assist to gather feedback and data to enable formulation of process improvement initiatives and work with IT team on IT enhancements to implement initiatives.
- Assist team lead to implement change management on process improvement initiatives (e.g. communicate streamlined processes and develop or update briefing content).
- Use IT tools and data to conduct analysis and generate insights (e.g. claims and subsidies utilisation) to support team lead in planning and management reporting.
- Support team lead on conversations with care services or products providers to examine ways to better the provision of subsidised care products and/or services in the community.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 to 3 years of experiences in healthcare, applicants without healthcare experiences but possesses relevant skills sets may be considered for the role.
- Applicants without healthcare experiences should demonstrate how his/her internships, degree courses and/or skillsets would be relevant to this job role.
- Applicants with good knowledge in claims and project management and/or process improvement approaches such as Lean will have added advantage.
- Strong abilities in use of spreadsheets or other IT tools to perform data analysis.
- Able to work independently and as a team to collaborate with various stakeholders, internally and externally, with motivation to learn, grow and progress as a team.
- Able to multi-task and work in an evolving work environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication, resourceful with analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities to recommend solutions or alternatives to resolve problems.
- This is a 2 years contract position (renewal, subject to programme funding).
