Senior Manager, Communication Insights & Analysis

Job Description

  • The role is responsible for monitoring communications performance, testing messaging with target audiences, and developing tools and channels that enable systematic ground sensing.
  • Develop and implement frameworks to measure communications performance across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Apply audience research and behavioural insights to refine message house and communication strategies
  • Build and maintain channels and tools to capture ground sentiment and feedback.
  • Translate ground insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to embed insights into communications planning.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or related disciplines with at least 10 years of experience in strategic communications, analytics, audience research, or insights-driven roles and at least 4 years management experience.
  • Proven track record in measuring communications impact and translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience designing and executing audience testing, sentiment analysis, or stakeholder sensing approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or strengthen systems for insights generation, performance tracking and reporting.
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and advising senior leaders.
  • Experience leading teams and guiding analytical work towards clear business or policy outcomes.
