Senior Manager, Leadership & Talent Management

Job Description 

We're looking for a forward-thinking HR talent management practitioner to join our Leadership & Talent Management team. In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and stakeholders across the organisation to design and drive transformative talent strategies that strengthen talent pipelines, build strong leadership ethos and culture and accelerate organisational capability.

 

  • Lead and evolve the design of our talent management philosophy, including early career management, talent identification, talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development frameworks.
  • Develop innovative talent and leadership strategies that cultivate a culture of continuous leadership growth, accountability and excellence.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to anticipate talent and leadership needs, co-create practical talent solutions aligned with business priorities, and ensure their successful adoption.
  • Drive enterprise-wide talent review and succession planning exercises, providing strategic insights and trusted advisory support to leadership on key decisions.
  • Create meaningful career development experiences through initiatives such as talent development programmes, talent and leadership assessments, rotations, mentoring, study awards, stretch assignments, and leadership forums.
  • Champion leadership development by managing milestone programmes, leadership appointments and strategic placement opportunities that build a strong and versatile leadership pipeline.
  • Harness people analytics and market insights to inform talent decisions, measure programme impact and continuously enhance our talent and leadership practices.
  • Stay ahead of emerging early career, talent and leadership trends, bringing fresh thinking and progressive ideas to evolve our talent ecosystem.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant HR experience in talent management, leadership development, learning and development or organisational development.
  • Experience in designing and delivering enterprise-level talent and leadership programmes that create measurable business impact.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong business acumen and organisational awareness, with the ability to align talent strategies to organisational priorities.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with sound judgement in making talent-related recommendations and decisions.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable talent solutions and initiatives.
  • Strong planning, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Resourceful, proactive and collaborative, with a continuous improvement and growth mindset
