Senior Manager, Strategic Planning, Caregiving

This role provides key support to the Head of Department in overseeing strategic planning and evaluation of pilots for caregiving support.  You will also play a pivotal role in overseeing a team in sector-wide system and capability development, strategy, evidence-based studies and stakeholder management framework.  

 

  • Lead and develop the strategic planning initiatives, including caregiving strategy and resourcing requests
  • Front and engage with ministries and agencies to integrate and harmonise national caregiving initiatives
  • Guide team in evaluation design and review the effectiveness of caregiver support programmes
  • Drive strategic sensemaking efforts to gather and analyse insights for caregivers and sector needs, leading to formulation of strategic plans
  • Identify caregiver capability development and awareness needs, and collaborate to establish and execute competency building strategies and strategic communication efforts respectively. 
  • Establish, monitor and review KPIs for caregiving plans

 

Job requirements:

  • Recognised Bachelor Degree, preferably in a social work, social science or healthcare-related discipline, with at least 10 years of experience, preferably in healthcare, social or community care sectors and at least 4 years management experience.
  • Able to multi-task and demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing change and ambiguity.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
