Senior Manager/ Manager, Healthier SG Administration
Job Description
AIC is the appointed administrator for national schemes and sector development for private primary care. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for co-developing implementation strategies, execution of action plans, identifying operational gaps and providing actionable solutions to ensure that Healthier SG programme is administered efficiently in the private primary care setting and enabling more holistic care and better health outcomes of our population.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret healthcare policies, regulations, and guidelines to inform strategy development.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop implementation strategy and action plans for the roll out of initiatives under Healthier SG.
- Continuous programme review which includes identifying and addressing operational and/or policy gaps, proposing innovative solutions for improvement.
- Conduct data analysis and stakeholder engagements to monitor the effectiveness of implementation and operational changes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare regulations and ensure compliance across all operations.
Requirements
- Master of Public Health or similar OR degree holder with minimum 10 years of experience in a healthcare administration and management, with 3 years in managerial capacity
- Proficient in data analytics
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Meticulous and resilient
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and rapid changing environment.
