Senior Manager/ Manager, Operations Monitoring, AIC Operations Hub

Job Description

The main responsibility for this role is to assist the Senior/Assistant Director, Ops Monitoring, Care Systems Integration Divisions (CSID) in the Ops Monitoring efforts in the AIC Ops Hub so as to provide the Common Operating Picture (COP) of all the on-going AIC Ops activities through the use of dashboarding and visualization tools; achieving fore-warning and/or timely intervention actions for better collaboration across AIC operational Divisions. Additional responsibilities include administering the CSID Knowledge Management Database and support the Current Operations Team within Ops Hub.

 

  1. Maintain, monitor and sense-make the Common Operating Picture (COP) of CSID and AIC Operations.
    • Responsible for monitoring the interconnecting processes between AIC divisions by developing the AIC’s business processes map, and pinpoint linkages between processes of AIC Operational Divisions.
    • Engage Key Data Owners to identify data for ingestions and analysis from AIC Operational Divisions, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Create, manage and maintain dashboards using PowerBI/Tableau for Operations Monitoring Purpose.
    • Collaborate with other AIC Operational Divisions to showcase divisional dashboards and create COP for the whole of AIC.
    • Lead efforts to identify bottlenecks, implement intervention actions and seek opportunities for improvement for CSID and AIC operations.
       
  2. Develop and maintain linkages with AIC Operational Divisions and Departments, and also external Ministries’ and Agencies’ Ops Hub equivalent e.g. Ministry of Health Operations Centre (MOHOC).
    • Maintain meeting cadence with AIC Operational Divisions.
    • Maintain cadence of communications with External Ministries’ and Agencies’ Ops Hub.

 

Job Requirements

  • Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Degree in Data Science and Business Analytics related fields would be an advantage.
  • At least 10 years’ working experience in roles related to Data Analytics and Process Improvement, with 3 years in managerial capacity.
  • Experienced in System and Process Mapping, Process Improvement, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Visualization and Dashboarding.  
  • Able to create, deploy and maintain dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Understand and able to lead projects in Machine Learning and Data Science.
  • Strong skills in managing and leading small teams, including the ability to delegate tasks and provide guidance.
  • Ability to create and maintain collaborative work relationship with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess strong communication skills and effective project management skills.
  • Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
