Senior Manager/Manager, Care Assessment /Case Management

You will support the national implementation of standardised care assessment suite in the community care sector. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare partners including clinicians and MOH to drive adoption, quality improvements and expansion of interRAI into new care settings.

 

Strategy development

  • Translate policy goals into practical implementation plans
  • Support the development of strategies and implementation roadmaps for interRAI across care settings
  • Analyze and synthesize data and feedback from pilots and ongoing initiatives to inform strategy refinement and future directions

 

Programme management

  • Monitor and track implementation progress
  • Analyze and synthesize data to identify gaps, risks, and operational issues
  • Collaborate with partners to strengthen implementation and support continuous programme improvement

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role 
  • Strong project management and proficient in data analytical tools
  • Good communication skills (including writing and public speaking)
