Senior Manager/Manager, Workplace Experience

The Senior Manager/Manager is responsible to lead the planning, delivery, and governance of workplace projects and office leases to create a safe, efficient, and future‑ready environment. The role oversees end‑to‑end project execution, lease lifecycle management, and key workplace services while driving change management, communication, and data‑driven decision-making to enhance employee experience and support organizational goals.

 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of office renovation, improvement, and relocation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee design development, tender preparation, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations for workplace infrastructure projects.
  • Establish and uphold governance frameworks, including workflows, approval processes, financial management, and documentation standards.
  • Drive data‑driven insights and reporting by leveraging analytics and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Lead change management efforts for workplace transitions, ensuring clear communication, strong employee engagement, and smooth adoption.
  • Manage full lifecycle of office leases, including renewals, negotiations, landlord partnership, compliance, and centralisation of lease data.
  • Develop and streamline lease and workplace policies, systems, and databases to enable efficient planning and proactive management.
  • Oversee common workplace services (onboarding experience, mailroom & courier, PPE) including RFP/RFQ management, vendor performance, process improvements, and SLA governance.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with at least 10 years’ of managerial experience in lease management, office projects, or workplace transformation.
  • Proven track record in delivering end‑to‑end workplace or infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
  • Experience with change management during workplace transitions.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, AI applications, and data analytics for insights and reporting.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and possess the ability to adopt new technologies, to simplify complex ideas with clear and engaging visuals and drive initiatives independently.
  • Resourceful, organized, meticulous and analytical individual with good project management skills and the ability to handle multiple timelines concurrently.
