Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the Ministries and Agencies for capacity planning and capacity injection to ensure adequacy of community care services in Singapore.
  • Develop comprehensive plans to strategically locate community care facilities across the island, and creatively utilising innovative space solutions to address land scarcity, ensuring optimal accessibility and service delivery for our senior population.
  • Develop the framework to conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the suitability of locations for community care facilities.
  • Analyse demographic data and community needs to inform the planning and assessment decisions.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to co-design and co-develop functional community care facilities that enhance the delivery of care services for the seniors.
  • Write papers, reports, presentations to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.
  • Manage budgets, key project milestones, and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery of community care facilities.
  • Lead a small team of members and mentor the members to develop them to their fullest potential.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., urban planning, public administration, business administration, facility management, etc.).
  • Proven track records in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management, preferably within community care services or the public sector.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in paper writing and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic changes.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
