We are looking for a dedicated and experience individual to manage and oversee clinical research projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organisational and a good understanding of clinical research processes. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. 



  1. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget allocation.
  2. Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including data scientist, research associate, research coordinators etc.
  3. Monitor and manage project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, study protocols and ethical standards.
  5. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, key internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  6. Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to key stakeholders and senior management
  7. Support the HOD in the management of day-to-day operation, which may include the office’s budget, respond information requests from internal departments and external agencies.
  8. Facilitate other activities of CADENCE, such as organising meetings, workshops, events, symposium, retreat etc.



  1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in in Life Science or related field
  2. Proven experience in clinical project management
  3. Good knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and IRB requirements.
  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. Strong team player with a please disposition
