Overview
The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS), a wholly owned subsidiary of MOH Holdings, was established in 2020 with the goal of strengthening synergies and promulgating strategies for national-level clinical research and translation programmes under the stewardship of the Singapore Ministry of Health.
CRIS brings together seven national R&D, clinical translation and service programmes to advance clinical research and innovation for Singapore, and establish important capabilities for a future-ready healthcare system.

National Health Innovation Centre Singapore
The National Health Innovation Centre Singapore (NHIC) is a nationally-appointed Programme Office that works with Public Health Institutions and Clusters across Singapore to innovate, develop, commercialise and adopt new technologies into clinical practice. We fund the translation and development of medical innovations from Singapore’s clinical sector, and provide strategic guidance and connection to industry partners, accelerating the pathway to impact in healthcare. NHIC programmes catalyse the translation of clinical innovations towards commercially viable products that benefit patients and healthcare. Established since 2014, we have supported many projects and companies in the development and implementation of innovative medical technologies and services, improving the standard of healthcare in Singapore and beyond. NHIC is part of the Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS).
What you will be working on
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join us in improving healthcare innovation, implementation and outcomes.
Support NHIC’s grant and office operation functions, including coordinating and working with CRIS business units (BUs), on the following:
1. Process NHIC’s core grants. This involves facilitating grant calls, selection, award, claims and audit.
2. Answer grant enquiries from Public Healthcare Clusters and redirect to appropriate case managers, where necessary.
3. Assist with audit processes and management reporting.
4. Update database of grant application details – disbursements, utilisation/balance and KPIs.
5. Maintain day-to-day office operations – meetings, IT, procurement, administration, facilities, etc.
6. Support the organisation of NHIC/CRIS events, where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Grant Administration Efficiency and Support
• Streamline, where possible, and execute all grant administration processes effectively in accordance with established SOPs.
• Work actively with Grant Scheme Leads to provide timely and accurate grant administration guidance and support.
2. Grant Expenditure Oversight and Claim Management
• Monitor grant expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets and grant terms and conditions.
• Manage and process quarterly claims in an efficient and timely manner.
3. Grant System Management
• Update and maintain the Grant management system
4. Corporate Support and Coordination
• Manage logistical aspects of team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation and distribution.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and CRIS colleagues to support the execution of CRIS/NHIC events.
• Accurately capture meeting minutes and provide proofreading support to colleagues on note-taking duty.
5. Efficient Procurement Processing and Accurate Expenditure Tracking
• Create purchase requisitions and process goods receipts accurately and promptly via the SAP system.
• Support monitoring and tracking of corporate expenditure to ensure efficient resource utilisation.
Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Marketing, or other relevant disciplines (fresh graduates can apply)
• Diploma holders in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Marketing with 1-2 years’ working experience
• Candidates with 2-4 years of relevant working experience in one or more of the functions described above would have an advantage
• Possess essential IT skills – MS Office, email, device Apps, social media, data entry/management software
• Good organisational, writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and part of cross-functional teams effectively
