About CRIS
The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS), a wholly owned subsidiary of MOH Holdings, was established in 2020 with the goal of strengthening synergies and promulgating strategies for national-level clinical research and translation programmes under the stewardship of the Singapore Ministry of Health.

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager (Reporting) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, managing journal entries, supporting audit processes, and assisting in budget preparation and analysis. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various business units
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheet schedules, and general ledger details.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and process depreciation runs for month-end closing.
- Prepare quarterly actual vs. budget analysis with variance explanations and coordinate quarterly business review meetings with business units.
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports to the holding company.
- Prepare audit schedules for statutory, grant, and group internal audits, as well as for tax-related queries.
- Respond promptly and accurately to audit queries.
- Assist in the preparation of audited financial statements.
- Develop annual budget templates for business unit submissions.
- Consolidate business unit budget submissions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare budgeted profit and loss statements with detailed analysis for submission to the CFO, Finance Committee, and Board.
- Support the CFO in preparing budget presentation slides for Finance Committee and Board reviews.
- Upload budget data into the SAP system.
- Complete various surveys, including A*STAR, Department of Statistics, IT Survey, and others.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit support.
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP is essential.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines independently.
- Positive, driven, and passionate about work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Experience in process improvement and strong ERP system knowledge is a plus.
