The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation, Singapore (CRIS) brings together seven national R&D, clinical translation and service programmes to advance clinical research and innovation for Singapore, and establish important capabilities for a future-ready healthcare system.

ACTRIS


The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS) was established to meet the increasing clinical demand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life-threatening diseases. ACTRIS’ vision is to be the national and regional Centre of Excellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular-based therapeutics across the broad spectrum of immunotherapy and regenerative medicine, encompassing both investigational and approval products for the local market. We also provide value-added services such as workforce training, regulatory facilitation and ancillary material standardization, pertaining to delivery of cellular therapy to patients.

 

Job Description

 

  • Support the Project Manager to act as a liaison between the ACTRIS project team/s, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Distribute and maintain project related information to team members as needed.
  • Support the team to resolve business and technical issues affecting the project.
  • Assist the project team to monitor project activities to ensure adherence to schedules and GMP quality standards.
  • In collaboration with the Project Manager, assist in resource allocation, scheduling and report resource utilization to ensure efficiency. 
  • Schedule project meetings and document meeting minutes.
  • Provide administrative support and perform any other additional duties assigned.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in Life Sciences/Medical Sciences or equivalent.
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience in fast-paced environment and healthcare is preferred.
  • Training will be provided to those without experience. 
  • Ability to forge strong working relationships at all levels/ stakeholders. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrates a 'can-do' approach and the flexibility to handle changing priorities, with a proactive focus on service improvement.
  • Being self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in healthcare and an eagerness to learn about new areas of science and develop negotiation skills.
  • Certifications (PMP, Lean, Scrum) and knowledge of GMP will be advantageous. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office along with good presentation skills.

 

What you need to know
