ACTRIS


The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS) was established to meet the increasing clinical demand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life-threatening diseases. ACTRIS’ vision is to be the national and regional Centre of Excellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular-based therapeutics across the broad spectrum of immunotherapy and regenerative medicine, encompassing both investigational and approval products for the local market. We also provide value-added services such as workforce training, regulatory facilitation and ancillary material standardization, pertaining to delivery of cellular therapy to patients.

 

What you will be working on

 

The Executive to the Senior Executive will provide comprehensive administrative support while overseeing marketing, branding, digital presence, legal documentation and client engagement for the Strategic Development and Communications (SDC) of ACTRIS. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, handling marketing initiatives, tracking legal documents, and ensuring effective follow-up with clients and partners after meetings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Manage the Reporting Officer’s calendar, schedule meetings, and meeting preparation.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

 

  1. Coordination and Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contract between the Reporting Officer and Internal/External stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

 

  1. Marketing and Branding
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and brand visibility.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and revise strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing campaigns and branding efforts.

 

  1. Client Engagement and Business Development
  • Support client engagement initiatives by scheduling and coordinating meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Follow up with clients post-meeting to ensure continued engagement, address any queries, and gather feedback.
  • Assist in preparing client interactions and business development progress.
  • Track and manage legal documents, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
  • Support Reporting Officer in organizing and managing events, training session and conference as needed.
  • Plan logistics, prepare materials, and ensure successful execution of events.

 

What we are looking for 

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar administrative role, focus on marketing, branding and business development.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and managing social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
