The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation, Singapore (CRIS) brings together seven national R&D, clinical translation and service programmes to advance clinical research and innovation for Singapore and establish important capabilities for a future-ready healthcare system.

About PRECISE
PRECISE is the central entity coordinating whole-of-government effort to implement Singapore's National Precision Medicine (NPM) strategy. As part of this initiative, PRECISE has partnered with the SG100K study, Southeast Asia’s most comprehensive population health study of 100,000 consented participants, to build the PRECISE-SG100K resource. This resource, with its comprehensive behavioral, phenotypic, and multi-omic data, represents a state-of-the art platform for researchers to understand Asian biology and to generate insights with the potential to improve health outcomes for Asian populations globally.
Role Overview
Given the significant value of the PRECISE-SG100K resource, we are seeking a Senior Executive to support the Chief Scientific Officer's Office in this initiative. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Singapore’s National Precision Medicine programme. You'll drive organisational effectiveness through strategic information management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, innovative environment where fresh thinking and adaptability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CSOO in coordinating workshops, events, and seminars including logistics management, participant coordination, and post-event follow-up
- Oversee grant management and claims processing including expense monitoring, expense verification, and coordination with finance teams for timely processing
- Compile regular newsletters that highlight key CSOO updates and developments, consolidating inputs from the CSOO team
- Manage document repositories and collaborative platforms to ensure organised information access and version control
- Perform administrative and secretariat duties including meeting coordination, minute-taking, correspondence management, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Genomics, Genetics, Bioinformatics, or related fields
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Familiarity with grant administration and financial workflows
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
