Overview
The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation, Singapore (CRIS) brings together seven national R&D, clinical translation and service programmes to advance clinical research and innovation for Singapore and establish important capabilities for a future-ready healthcare system.

PRECISE is the national central entity coordinating Singapore’s multi-phase National Precision Medicine (NPM) programme. Under NPM Phase III, PRECISE works in partnership with Singapore’s healthcare clusters to advance the clinical application of genomics, enabling precision medicine through the integration of genomic and healthcare data.
Within PRECISE, the Chief Technology Officer’s Office (CTOO) leads the technology strategy and delivery that enable national-scale genomic data to be securely generated, managed, and used for research and clinical impact as part of Singapore’s NPM mandate. CTOO integrates technical capabilities, end-to-end genomic data workflows, and stakeholders to support the genomic data lifecycle, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with national platforms and governance frameworks.
About the Role
As a Senior Executive in the PRECISE CTOO, you will support the coordination and delivery of activities that enable PRECISE’s national-scale genomics initiatives. Working closely with the CTOO Manager, you will help keep programme operations running smoothly by coordinating stakeholders, tracking actions and timelines, supporting workshops and meetings, and maintaining clear communication across internal teams and external partners. This role sits at the centre of CTOO operations and contributes to effective programme execution and team alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support across CTOO projects, e.g. meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minutes and action tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Support planning and delivery of workshops and events, e.g. event logistics, speaker coordination, Q&A logging, and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate communications and requests from data users, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring queries and action items are logged, tracked, and appropriately followed up.
- Assist in organising and maintaining team documentation repositories and collaborative platforms, ensuring documents are structured and up to date.
- Assist in CTOO budgeting and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Public Health, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in programme coordination, research administration, or operations/secretariat support, preferably in a research, healthcare, or data/technology environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills, including experience supporting meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking actions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Confluence).
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
