ACTRIS
The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS) was established to meet the increasing clinical demand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life-threatening diseases. ACTRIS’ vision is to be the national and regional Centre of Excellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular-based therapeutics across the broad spectrum of immuno therapy and regenerative medicine, encompassing both investigational and approval products for the local market. We also provide value-added services such as workforce training, regulatory facilitation and ancillary material standardization, pertaining to delivery of cellular therapy to patients.
What you will be working on:
The Logistics Executive supports end-to-end logistics operations within a regulated manufacturing environment, with a focus on cryogenic and cold chain handling, warehouse management, and transportation coordination. The role ensures that all materials and products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and in compliance with GMP, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting cryogenic operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintaining proper material and products segregation (quarantined, approved, rejected)
- Ensuring accurate inventory records and system transactions
- Handling temperature-sensitive materials, operating and maintaining cryogenic storage equipment including cryogenic tanks, cold rooms, and freezers.
- Managing temperature monitoring devices and response to equipment functionality deficiency
- Coordinate with couriers and logistics service providers, prepare shipping documentation, and track shipment status
- Inventory control activities such as cycle counting, expiry date monitoring, and stock reconciliation, as well as supporting deviation reporting and Change control processes
- Support audits and inspections
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or store operations
- Experience in regulated, pharmaceutical, or cold chain environments is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Familiar with 5S and Operation Excellence concepts such Kaizen, Gemba, and Muda.
- Basic warehouse and logistics operations
- Handling of temperature-sensitive materials and products
- Familiarity with Cold Chain storage equipment, Cleanroom Gowning procedure, data loggers and temperature records is an advantage
- Able to follow procedures and instructions accurately
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious
