ACTRIS

The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS) was established to meet the increasing clinical demand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life-threatening diseases.ACTRIS’ vision is to be the national and regional Centre of Excellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular-based therapeutics across the broad spectrum of immuno therapy and regenerative medicine, encompassing both investigational and approval products for the local market. We also provide value-added services such as workforce training, regulatory facilitation and ancillary material standardization, pertaining to delivery of cellular therapy to patients.


What you will be working on:

 

1. Logistics management:
 

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for ACTRIS’s logistics operation

  • Support material & supplier qualification process and ensure material management is incompliance with the SOP/ GMP guideline.

  • Perform incoming material inspection, ensure the GMP materials are received, labels are pasted according to material disposition in a timely manner, and materials are put-away in the correct locations.

  • Manage inventory and coordinate materials release for the production runs.

  • Manage demand and perform replenishment of reagents/consumables according to the agreeable safety stock level/re-order point.

  • Perform inventory cycle count and manage stock reconciliation.

 

 

2. Purchasing and supplier Management:
 

  • Support direct and indirect purchasing activities & Planner on logistics assessment of capacity planning

  • Perform replenishment of reagents/consumables as per ACTRIS Material Planning.

  • Coordinate with supplier and ACTRIS’s collaborator on delivery schedule planning.

 

3. GMP Management

 

  • Support material & supplier qualification process

  • Support Supplier Compliant.

  • Maintain SAP master data.

  • Support materials release process

  • Ensure compliance with the GMP guideline on Material Management.

  • Responsible for Logistics’ Quality record. Deviation investigation, Change Control, CAPA, Effective and familiar with GMP Audit
     

4. Any other job as assigned by the manager.
 

 

What we are looking for:


Education:
 

  • Minimum Diploma

  • Training will be provided to those without experience.

 

Experience:
 

  • Good team player with positive work attitude.

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.

  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good to have relevant working experience in managing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)facilities.

  • Familiar with 5S and Operation Excellence concept such Kaizen, Gemba, and Muda.

  • Experience in healthcare/cold chain logistics is an advantage.

  • Experience in a Site Supply Chain Organization or Warehouse and logistics Operation

  • Experience in GMP / GDP environment is an advantage
