ACTRIS
The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS) was established to meet the increasing clinical demand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life-threatening diseases. ACTRIS’ vision is to be the national and regional Centre of Excellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular-based therapeutics across the broad spectrum of immunotherapy and regenerative medicine, encompassing both investigational and approval products for the local market. We also provide value-added services such as workforce training, regulatory facilitation and ancillary material standardization, pertaining to delivery of cellular therapy to patients.
What you will be working on
The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for coordinating the demand and supply activities including creation and update of master data & master production schedule, planning, purchasing and replenishment to ensure timely supply and release of the materials and consumables. The Planner is required to manage the inventory and monitor demand to minimize costs and maximize service levels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaborative meeting (S&OP) with stakeholders and vendors to review purchase forecasts, proposed orders, and resolve other operational issues
- Plan both short- and long-term inventory needs to align with supply and demand requirement
- To establish master production schedule and ensure materials & consumables are purchased, replenished, and delivered on time
- Monitor weekly and monthly production plans, prioritizing delivery and coordinating material release
- Coordinate end to end supply chain activities including supplier qualification and inventory disposition to support the production runs
- Prepare detailed reports relating to material requirement planning (MRP), back orders, and delivery schedules
- Define safety stock level/reorder point, optimize inventory, and minimize inventory obsolesces
- Develop vendor scorecard metrics and manage supplier performance to ensure quality services/ materials are delivered on timely manner and comply with the terms of contracts
- Design and create new tool/process to improve the planning function of supply chain
- Engage in continuous improvement ad cost saving project that is related to process optimization and material availability
What we are looking for
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent. Degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or similar is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing end to end supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) knowledge is a plus.
- Basic understanding of the ERP system.
- Able to collaborate effectively with the cross functional teams and good communication skills.
- Good team player with positive work attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
